A flooded new car or a crushed car are always not acceptable for everybody.
A 5 Axis machine has 5 slide way and 5 screw rods; X Y Z A B Axes .Usually all of those 5 screw rods are well lubricated to long year lasting. EDM Machines has less impact force during its' positioning motions than a milling machine. which means an EDM Machines could
service longer live than a milling machine.
But there are couple abuse way which could ruined it's ball screw rods.
